Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Spring, TX

This contract role welcomes both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license; SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience in pediatric, educational, healthcare, or school settings highly desirable
• School-based experience and licensure is a strong advantage
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
• Comfortable working full time from now through the end of the school year
• Open to hybrid schedules for added flexibility

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Provide direct therapy services to diverse student populations
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support educational goals
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district standards
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise to educational planning
