Make a difference in the lives of students by supporting communication skills in a dynamic, school-based setting near Spring in North Houston. This contract opportunity is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status, and experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) are also encouraged to apply. You'll work across communities such as Bammel, Westfield, The Woodlands, Aldine, and surrounding areas.

What We’re Looking For:

  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY; experienced SLPA candidates may be considered
  • Texas licensure (SLP or SLPA), or eligibility
  • Experience supporting pediatric and school-aged populations
  • Solid understanding of pediatric speech, language, and communication needs
  • School-based SLP background and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Comfort with hybrid onsite/remote schedule (open to discussion)

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver evaluation, assessment, and therapy services for students with speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support students’ Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
  • Maintain accurate records, timely progress notes, and required documentation
  • Contribute insights and recommendations as part of multidisciplinary teams
  • Support full-time caseloads from now through the end of the school year
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders to achieve optimal student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities
