In this full-time position (40 hours per week), you’ll serve students by conducting evaluations and steering critical meetings that impact young learners’ success. Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Texas SLP License and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
• Skilled in supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants
• Familiarity with the requirements and procedures of ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campuses and caseloads
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite supervision to SLPAs, ensuring best practices and compliance with professional standards
• Complete thorough speech-language evaluations for students on assigned campuses
• Facilitate ARD meetings and collaborate with educational teams on student support plans
• Document progress, maintain records, and deliver clear reports
• Serve as a resource to teachers and staff, contributing to a positive and supportive learning environment
• Travel between a defined group of primary and elementary school sites as assigned
