Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Spring, TX

Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Comfortable supervising a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
• Strong knowledge of ARD/IEP processes and speech-language evaluations
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Supervise an SLPA in a primary or elementary campus setting
• Complete comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students
• Facilitate ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support individualized student goals
• Maintain detailed documentation while balancing multiple campus assignments
• No direct speech therapy required—focus is on supervision, assessments, and coordination
