Your contribution will focus on evaluation, supervision, and special education collaboration, with no therapy component—making it ideal for SLPs who thrive in assessment and oversight roles.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP, CCC-SLP)
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Proven ability to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
  • Comfortable facilitating ARD meetings and completing detailed speech-language assessments
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple locations if needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and provide direct supervision to onsite SLPAs
  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students
  • Prepare and facilitate Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings
  • Collaborate closely with campus teams at both primary and elementary levels
  • Maintain accurate documentation according to school district policies
  • Support multiple campuses, ensuring consistent, high-quality services
