Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Spring, TX

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Texas state SLP license, or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are welcome
• Background in school-based SLP work is a plus, though not required
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to assigned students
• Conduct evaluations and determine individual student needs
• Develop and implement IEP goals in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
• Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate results to parents and staff
• Provide consultation to teachers and participate in meetings as needed
• Travel to multiple school sites if assigned an itinerant caseload
