Make a difference by providing essential speech and language support to students by joining a welcoming educational community near Spring, TX. This contract position is tailored for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or CF) eager to collaborate and help balance a high caseload across two elementary campuses. You'll work alongside an existing SLP to ensure each child receives the attention and guidance they need.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state license as an SLP (or eligibility if obtaining)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CF) status
  • Experience in a school or pediatric setting is advantageous
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Passion for helping children achieve communication milestones

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a diverse elementary caseload alongside a dedicated SLP
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions in group and individual settings
  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
  • Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with teachers and other specialists
  • Maintain detailed documentation of progress and communication with families
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute strategies for student success
  • Provide consultative support for staff and parents on speech and language development
