  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous but not a requirement
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Provide direct therapy services, monitor student progress, and document results in compliance with school and state regulations
  • Work closely with educators and families to deliver training and support on communication strategies
  • Maintain timely and accurate records as required by legal and ethical guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and professional development as needed
