Qualifications and Experience:
- Active license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes, speech/language assessment, and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Comfort with collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language screenings, evaluations, and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet students' needs
- Write thorough, actionable IEP goals and participate in IEP meetings

- Offer consultation, training, and support to teachers and families
