School Speech Language Pathologist - Spring, Texas

As a contract Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll work closely with educators and families, using your expertise to empower students and support their communication development.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current, valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or strong CFY candidates considered
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Comfort with assessments, therapy planning, and documentation for a diverse K-12 population
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate clearly with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy for students onsite
• Maintain compliance with all required documentation and progress reporting
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to foster student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed
