Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current licensure as an SLP in the state of Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFY candidates are welcome
• Prior experience working with school-aged children (Pre-K–12) is highly desirable
• Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with students, staff, and families
• Organizational aptitude to manage caseloads, documentation, and deadlines effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and treatment strategies
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in individual and group settings

• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
