Two full-time positions are available for bilingual Speech-Language Pathologists who are fluent in Spanish and English. In this role, you’ll support diverse student populations, utilizing your expertise in both traditional and teletherapy settings to help children achieve their communication goals.
Experience in pediatric care, knowledge of school-based SLP services, and the ability to collaborate effectively with educational teams will set you up for success. Whether you hold your SLP-CCC or are completing your CFY, you’ll play a crucial part in fostering growth and development for young learners.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure).
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency is required.
- Previous experience providing SLP services in schools or with pediatric populations.
- Strong skills in teletherapy platforms and virtual communication are highly valued.
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or in process.
- Ability to develop individualized therapy plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in school-aged children.
- Deliver services both in-person and via teletherapy as needed.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and session notes.
- Engage with families and educators to provide support and strategies for student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning.
