You’ll work with a mild caseload, focusing primarily on direct therapy and data collection, allowing you to put your clinical expertise into practice each day. While some assessment responsibilities are included, you’ll find minimal IEP meeting demands, so your time is dedicated where it matters most—with students.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Experience or strong interest in working with elementary school-aged children (TK-5)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide compassionate, evidence-based interventions
  • Strong data collection and documentation abilities
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a mild student caseload
  • Collect and maintain accurate data to inform progress and intervention strategies
  • Conduct student assessments as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student goals
  • Complete minimal paperwork related to IEPs and evaluations
  • Communicate progress and recommendations to families and educational teams
