Full Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Spring Valley, CA

Soliant is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to work in a school district starting as soon as possible in addition to the 2026-2027 School Year. This full-time contract role is ideal for professionals specializing in pediatric and school-based speech therapy, including those with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language services to students at one school site.
• Implement individualized therapy plans tailored to meet students’ unique communication needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and healthcare standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Valid SLP credentials, including CCC or eligibility as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) clinician.
• Experience working in school, pediatric, or healthcare settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
• Ability to manage caseload within a school environment and maintain detailed records.

Compensation Details:

• Hourly Pay: $55-$62
• Weekly Paychecks
