Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
  • Knowledge of IEPs, educational documentation, and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language screenings, evaluations, and diagnostics for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student learning
  • Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs
  • Provide consultative services and training to educators and caregivers as needed
