Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Springdale, AR

Make a real difference supporting students’ communication skills as a Speech-Language Pathologist on contract in a school-based setting near Springdale, AR. What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (will be considered)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience providing speech and language services in a school environment or with pediatric populations
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Exceptional documentation, organization, and interpersonal skills

What you’ll do:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, determining goals and offering professional insight within a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain thorough, organized records to meet compliance standards and facilitate effective communication
• Consult and collaborate with teachers and families to support student goals both inside and outside the classroom
• Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and engaging school community
