Make a difference in students' lives as a dedicated Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist working on-site for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time contract opportunity is located near Springfield, MA and offers you the chance to provide essential communication support to a diverse student population. You will play a key role in helping students achieve academic and social success, collaborating closely with educators and families in a dynamic school setting.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current, active Massachusetts SLP license (please provide a screenshot as proof)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Bilingual proficiency to deliver services in English and another language
  • Previous experience working in K-12 schools preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Must pass drug screening, fingerprinting, and background/CORI checks
  • Reliable transportation to and from the school site
  • Timely and professional with strong attendance reliability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students identified with communication disorders
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records, therapy notes, and follow school-based documentation procedures
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to evaluation and treatment planning
  • Adapt services and materials to meet the linguistic and cultural needs of students
