Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain before start date
- Previous experience working with school-aged populations preferred
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapy approaches and IEP process
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine speech, language, and communication needs for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatment sessions, and student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
- Provide guidance and training to educational staff as needed
