Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain before start date
• Previous experience working with school-aged populations preferred
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapy approaches and IEP process
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine speech, language, and communication needs for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatment sessions, and student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
• Provide guidance and training to educational staff as needed
