Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, or strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience working within school settings or with pediatric populations
- Solid communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement targeted interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each child’s progress
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation regarding assessments, treatment, and student progress
- Provide direct and consultative services to students in individual or group formats
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on best practices in speech-language development
