School-based Speech Language Pathologist job in Massachusetts

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who is committed to helping students reach their full communication potential. We have a full-time school-based contract opportunity available near Springfield, MA for the 2026–27 school year.

Employment Type: Full-time, Contract, W2

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students with communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders.
• Conduct screenings and assessments to determine the needs of students.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and collaborate with educators and parents to set goals.
• Document and track student progress in accordance with state and district regulations.
• Collaborate with school staff, including teachers, special education teams, and administrators, to create a supportive and inclusive environment for students.
• Participate in IEP meetings and help develop goals and objectives for students.
• Maintain a caseload of students, ensuring timely and effective delivery of therapy services.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Massachusetts SLP license or eligible
• AAC experience is preferred

Compensation for this position ranges from $42.13 to $62.13. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
