This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offers an opportunity to support K-12 students across two locations with a primary focus on serving students with autism. The role involves a contract for the current school year (CSY) and demands onsite presence for 7.5 hours per day, split between two facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students from kindergarten through high school.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students with autism.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals within the educational setting.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and participate in team meetings.
- Adapt scheduling to accommodate assigned locations and varying start times.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly students with autism.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a school environment.
- Ability to manage a full caseload effectively.
Location:
- Worksite is based in Springfield, OH with three days weekly at Yoder Learning Center in West Liberty and two days at Triad school.
Schedule:
- Full-time, 7.5 hours per day.
- Typical start time is 7:30 AM, but may vary according to district needs.
- Onsite position.
