School-Based SLP | Springfield, Ohio

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offers an opportunity to support K-12 students across two locations with a primary focus on serving students with autism. The role involves a contract for the current school year (CSY) and demands onsite presence for 7.5 hours per day, split between two facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students from kindergarten through high school.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students with autism.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals within the educational setting.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and participate in team meetings.
• Adapt scheduling to accommodate assigned locations and varying start times.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly students with autism.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a school environment.
• Ability to manage a full caseload effectively.

Location:

• Worksite is based in Springfield, OH with three days weekly at Yoder Learning Center in West Liberty and two days at Triad school.

Schedule:

• Full-time, 7.5 hours per day.
• Typical start time is 7:30 AM, but may vary according to district needs.
• Onsite position.
