Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for the state of Ohio
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
- Previous experience working in educational settings, especially with elementary, middle, or autistic student populations
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Understanding of IEP process and experience developing & implementing therapy goals
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to assigned caseload
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and maintain accurate documentation
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and other specialists to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
- Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapy techniques tailored to each student's needs
