Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language challenges
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Provide effective, goal-oriented therapy sessions to address articulation, language, and fluency concerns
  • Accurately track and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including teachers, support staff, and administrators
  • Engage families in the therapy process, providing education and ongoing communication

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged
  • Prior experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly valued
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
  • Commitment to professional growth and ethical practice
