Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- State licensure (or eligibility in process)
- Credentials as SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY accepted
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Passionate about helping adolescents succeed academically and socially
- Dedication to evidence-based, student-centered care
- Positive attitude and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers, parents, and other educational staff
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions targeting a diverse middle and high school caseload
- Consult and collaborate with educators and families to promote overall communication skills across the curriculum
- Engage actively in IEP meetings, progress updates, and other required school functions
