Desired Qualifications:

  • Active state license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Current Educator Certificate or eligibility
  • Prior experience providing speech therapy in an educational setting strongly preferred
  • Ability to effectively manage a varied caseload and serve students of different age groups
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and team members
  • Comfort with both onsite and virtual service delivery models is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Regularly track and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive atmosphere in sessions and throughout the school community
  • Participate in meetings with families, teachers, and administrators to coordinate student services
  • Engage in professional development and uphold best practices in school-based speech therapy
