Key Qualifications:

• Current state licensure and educator certification for Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working within a school-based setting, preferably with PreK through 4th grade students
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt intervention strategies to meet a diverse range of student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy sessions to a caseload of approximately 50 students
• Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct assessments and maintain up-to-date, compliant documentation
• Provide progress updates and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings as required
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques to foster student engagement and communication growth
