Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement engaging, individualized treatment plans
• Prior experience working with children or in a school-based setting is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop IEP goals and participate in IEP meetings as a valued team member
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to students in individual and group settings
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff
• Support and educate families on student progress and strategies for continued growth
