Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year. This contract opportunity runs from September 1, 2026, through June 25, 2027, providing the chance to develop relationships with students and collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team. The caseload is thoughtfully managed to allow you to focus on delivering high-quality therapy and fostering communication growth.
Strong candidates will bring expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology, whether already holding their CCC or in their Clinical Fellowship Year. A collaborative mindset is valued, as well as adaptability to in-person and teletherapy service delivery. Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or pending state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) desired, Clinical Fellows (CFY) enthusiastically considered
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads, including teletherapy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and service teams
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized IEP goals aligned with student needs
- Deliver targeted therapy sessions (in-person and/or via teletherapy)
- Maintain compliance with Medicaid, state, and district documentation requirements
- Engage with families, educators, and support staff to promote student progress
