Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active or eligibility for Speech-Language Pathology licensure
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY considered—both seasoned experts and recent graduates welcome
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
  • Familiarity with developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and working within multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
  • Motivated to help students reach their fullest communication potential

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in school-aged children
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educators and families
  • Document sessions, monitor student progress, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions and therapy tools tailored to each student’s needs
  • Support students both one-on-one and in group settings, fostering an inclusive, positive environment for growth
