Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ communication and language development in a vibrant school setting near Stafford, VA! We’re seeking three passionate Speech-Language Pathologists for full-time contract positions (37.5 hours per week) to collaborate with K-12 students. Your expertise will foster positive academic and social outcomes while allowing you to work with a range of ages and needs. New graduates seeking their Clinical Fellowship are encouraged to apply, and assignment preferences within K-12 will be considered to best align with your strengths and interests.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship (CF)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Virginia
  • Experience in school settings preferred, but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, students, and families
  • Passion for student-centered intervention and culturally responsive practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in a K-12 environment
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions both individually and in small groups
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with district policies
  • Consult with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to maximize student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision-making
