Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in school settings is a plus
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse K-12 caseload; open to discussing preferred age groups or grade levels
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Collaborative mindset to work within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students individually and in groups
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans based on student IEPs (Individualized Education Plans)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress and generalization of skills
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services and student progress
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and share expert recommendations
  • Adapt interventions to meet a wide range of communication needs across various age groups
