Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Stafford, VA

This opening welcomes both experienced SLP-CCCs as well as Clinical Fellows (CFs) ready to advance their skills in the field. If you have a preference for a particular age range or caseload, your input will help create the best fit.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)
• State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a school-based SLP
• Experience with K-12 caseloads preferred; open to specific age group preferences
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and evaluation for students across elementary, middle, and high school
• Develop and implement IEP goals and progress reports
• Collaborate actively with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Support coverage for two SLP maternity leaves: one from November to late March, and another from late December/early January to early March
• Engage in team meetings and ongoing professional development
