This contract role offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week and is designed to cover two upcoming maternity leaves within the school year. This opening welcomes both experienced SLP-CCCs as well as Clinical Fellows (CFs) ready to advance their skills in the field. If you have a preference for a particular age range or caseload, your input will help create the best fit.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a school-based SLP
- Experience with K-12 caseloads preferred; open to specific age group preferences
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and evaluation for students across elementary, middle, and high school
- Develop and implement IEP goals and progress reports
- Collaborate actively with teachers, parents, and school staff
- Support coverage for two SLP maternity leaves: one from November to late March, and another from late December/early January to early March
- Engage in team meetings and ongoing professional development
