Desired qualifications and experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (Virginia or eligible for reciprocity)
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CF) status accepted
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Passion for supporting students across a variety of needs and backgrounds

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized education plans for students
• Providing direct therapy to groups and individuals
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintaining timely records and progress notes in accordance with school guidelines
• Supporting the educational and social development of K-12 students, adapting services as needed
