What We're Looking For:

• Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Experience working within school settings or with pediatric populations
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both with students and multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to design and implement varied therapy approaches to meet individual student needs
• Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a broad spectrum of speech, language, and communication disorders

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Administer assessments and interpret results to inform individualized educational planning
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on student goals and performance
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, working closely with families and school personnel
• Maintain detailed records and progress reports in accordance with district and regulatory requirements
