Soliant is seeking two Speech-Language Pathologists for a unique hybrid opportunity in the Stafford area, just south of Washington, DC. This position offers the flexibility of working onsite three days per week and remotely two days per week. District details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification.

Position Highlights

• 2 openings
• Full-time – 37.5 hours per week
• August 3, 2026 – May 26, 2027
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
• School assignments and caseloads determined by district needs
• Remote days may include virtual therapy, meetings, documentation, and other related services
• School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services
• Conduct evaluations and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district requirements

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• School-based experience preferred

Compensation

• Starting at $47/hour. Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
