Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience working with school-age children preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to efficiently manage a varied caseload across multiple sites

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and implement treatment plans for students needing speech and language services
  • Provide direct therapy and consultative services
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
