Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience or comfort working in a school environment, preferably with elementary students
• Ability to manage a caseload across two sites, demonstrating flexibility and strong organization
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
• Accurately assess student progress and maintain thorough records of services provided
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams, families, and other professionals
• Travel between two assigned elementary locations as part of a weekly schedule near the Bridgeport and Stamford area
• Deliver services in person in compliance with current school and district guidelines
