Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but motivated clinicians from other backgrounds are welcomed
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in alignment with school and state requirements
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, families, and other stakeholders to support student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and help guide educational planning for speech and language needs
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
