Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but motivated clinicians from other backgrounds are welcomed
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in alignment with school and state requirements
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, families, and other stakeholders to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and help guide educational planning for speech and language needs
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
