Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Prior experience working within a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students as referred
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement evidence-based therapy sessions
• Collaborate closely with educators, specialists, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings as a subject matter expert
• Provide guidance and training to staff on communication strategies and support
