Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (from an accredited program)
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Active or eligible state licensure as an SLP
  • Experience providing services in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to tailor assessments and interventions to each student’s unique needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans
  • Provide both direct therapy and consultative services
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to maximize student outcomes
  • Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP development
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student participation and success
