Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to students with a range of communication needs
• Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the interdisciplinary educational team
• Provide support and education to school staff and families regarding student communication strategies
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant regulations and school policies
