Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience working within schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students’ needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable objectives
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input regarding speech and language concerns
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services and student progress
• Support inclusion and access to the curriculum for all students on your caseload
