This contract opportunity focuses on supporting schools across Minnesota in providing vital speech and language services to learners from PreK through 12th grade. You’ll play a key role in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, delivering both direct and indirect therapy, and tracking progress while collaborating seamlessly with educators and families.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Active or pending Minnesota SLP License
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
  • At least two years of previous school-based experience, ideally with PreK–12th grade populations
  • Experience in pediatric, healthcare, teletherapy, or school settings welcomed
  • Capability to pass a technical screening and internet speed test
  • Proficient with webcams, computers, basic technology, and remote communication tools
  • Annual liability insurance of at least 500K/500K coverage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language impairments
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to address communication needs
  • Deliver direct and indirect therapy in a virtual environment
  • Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Document progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure positive outcomes
