Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania
• Clinical experience in a school environment, preferably K-12
• Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborative, professional, and adaptable with strong communication skills

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to students on a caseload
• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals for student progress
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of services provided
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Provide consultation and recommendations for classroom strategies
