Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings strongly preferred
  • Adept with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Compassion and patience in working with school-aged children

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
  • Conduct therapy sessions in-person and/or via teletherapy as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Document evaluations, therapy sessions, and student outcomes in compliance with school protocols
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Provide recommendations for classroom strategies and modifications
