Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New York, or eligibility to obtain one
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also encouraged to apply
  • Demonstrated experience in school-based settings or pediatric populations
  • Familiarity or interest in teletherapy modalities for remote service delivery
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Enthusiasm for multidisciplinary teamwork and fostering inclusive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports according to school and professional standards
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and best practice sharing within the school community
  • Flexibly adapt to a combination of in-person and teletherapy service delivery, as needed
