Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New York
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) welcomed; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
  • Experience in pediatric or school settings preferred
  • Comfortable writing and implementing IEP goals and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Skilled in administering assessments, delivering therapy, and maintaining documentation

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of communication disorders
  • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and parents
  • Maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages students’ growth and confidence
