This contract opportunity is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC or a Clinical Fellow (CFY) who is enthusiastic about growing with a fresh program. Begin part time with just a few hours per week, and transition into a full-time position as the caseload expands.

You’ll work in a supportive environment near Staten Island, NY, benefitting from onsite supervision—perfect for new grads or early-career professionals eager for structured mentorship. The school’s intimate model features 10 children per room, each supported by a 1:1 teacher’s assistant and a special education teacher, allowing you to deliver meaningful individual and group sessions.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Holds or is eligible for SLP - CCC or SLP - CFY credentials
• Passion for early intervention and pediatric speech-language services
• Willingness to start part time and grow into a full-time role as needed
• Collaborative spirit and strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy (individual and group) for children with a range of communication needs
• Document progress, maintain accurate and timely records, and collaborate with classroom teams
• Develop and tailor intervention plans based on assessments and IEP/IFSP goals
• Engage with supervising SLPs and interdisciplinary staff to ensure best practices and ongoing development
