Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Statesville, NC

The position is slated for 40 hours per week, working closely with students and school staff onsite to foster communication development and academic success.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid SLP-CCC or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings highly valued
• Comfortable delivering services in-person across multiple sites
• Knowledge of evaluation and treatment planning for students with diverse communication needs
• Understanding of documentation in ECATS and Medicaid systems
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and attend IEP meetings

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapeutic SLP services to students at elementary and preschool levels
• Deliver supportive SLP interventions and consultative services as needed
• Complete thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, collaborating with educators and families
• Accurately document service delivery and progress in required platforms (ECATS & Medicaid)
• Maintain clear communication and a supportive presence across both assigned schools
