Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current and valid SLP license/certification
  • Experience or interest in working with elementary, middle, and high school populations
  • Ability to implement speech therapy strategies for individuals and small groups
  • Skilled in documentation, progress monitoring, and communicating with families and staff
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous professional development
  • Comfortable providing services both on-site and through teletherapy as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and deliver speech-language therapy to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administrative teams to support student goals
  • Provide 1:1 and small group sessions tailored to specific student needs across various age levels
  • Maintain accurate records, participate in IEP meetings, and contribute to annual planning
  • Instruct and guide students and instructional staff to create inclusive learning environments
