From August 13, 2026, through May 28, 2027, you’ll serve elementary and middle school students, collaborating with supportive teams and gaining exposure to innovative leadership styles and a variety of educational philosophies. Requirements:

  • Valid and active North Carolina SLP license (CFs considered)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience working in school settings with elementary and/or middle school students
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to onsite service Monday–Friday, 8am–3:30pm, 37.5 hours weekly

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy for students with speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and administrators for student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participate fully in school-based meetings and professional development
