Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP license for the state in which services are provided
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred, though motivated new graduates will be considered
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Comfort adapting therapy techniques for diverse learners and maintaining detailed documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with school objectives
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to foster student progress
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
  • Provide direct and consultative therapeutic services in individual and group settings
