Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license for the state in which services are provided
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred, though motivated new graduates will be considered
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfort adapting therapy techniques for diverse learners and maintaining detailed documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with school objectives
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to foster student progress
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
- Provide direct and consultative therapeutic services in individual and group settings
