Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Stephens City, VA

Qualifications:

• Active Virginia SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
• Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
• Comfort with both on-site and virtual service delivery

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of school-aged students
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress
• Utilize evidence-based practices to address speech, language, and communication goals
• Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff to provide guidance and support
• Participate actively in team meetings to contribute professional insights
• Adapt interventions to meet changing needs, whether in-person or virtually
