Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Stephens City, VA

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP-CCC credentials
• Current Virginia SLP License (required)
• Experience or strong interest in working within a school setting
• Ability to assess and develop individualized treatment plans for speech and language disorders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to onsite, in-person services

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy sessions and evaluations to students per their IEPs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized speech and language goals
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to address each student’s needs
• Complete progress reports, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer guidance to support staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
