Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience in pediatric SLP, school-based practice, or healthcare environments
- Comfortable supervising new clinicians, such as Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Skilled in both in-person and teletherapy modalities
- Strong communication and mentorship abilities
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide regular, high-quality supervision of SLP professionals and CFYs in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Contribute to a collaborative, student-focused team
- Support the growth and development of early-career SLPs through guidance and constructive feedback
- Participate in team meetings as needed to review progress and ensure best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records for supervision activities
