What you bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Pediatrics experience, particularly within the elementary age group
• Experience or strong interest in supporting diverse student populations
• Knowledge of school-based therapy—including assessments, development of IEP goals, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

What you’ll do:

• Manage a caseload of 45-55 students in grades K-5, designing individualized support plans that foster development in communication, articulation, and language skills
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and interpret the results
• Develop, implement, and regularly update IEPs tailored to student needs
• Provide direct therapy services, track student progress, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals and classroom integration
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to creating a supportive learning environment

Working hours are conveniently set from 8:50 a.m. to 4:10 p.m., aligning with a traditional elementary school schedule and providing work-life balance.
