You’ll provide speech and language services three days per week to a manageable caseload of approximately 40 students. Whether you’re an experienced SLP-CCC or a Clinical Fellow (CFY) looking to further your career in a pediatric and school-based environment, your skills and passion are highly valued here.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Current or eligible SLP licensure in Michigan
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered
  • Experience with pediatric populations and school-based settings
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
  • Comfortable managing individual, group, and classroom-based service delivery
  • Able to develop IEPs and progress reports tailored to student needs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy for students
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide both direct and consultative services in compliance with IEP goals
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in meetings as needed
  • Educate and support staff and families regarding student communication needs
