This exciting opportunity is for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists with full CCCs who are passionate about facilitating communication growth, designed exclusively for onsite professionals. Collaborate with education teams and help a caseload of 40–55 students unlock their fullest potential through the power of expert speech therapy.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and active Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with ASD populations, preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for assigned students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting each student’s unique communication goals
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services onsite throughout the school year
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and progress reports
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school district policies
