Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students to diagnose speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Conduct therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small group settings
  • Document therapy sessions, maintain detailed records, and report on student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and help shape educational strategies
  • Stay current with best practices and state guidelines for school-based speech therapy
