Key Qualifications:
- Active Michigan SLP license (required—please provide verification screenshot with application)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
- Experience working with students across PreK-12th grade levels preferred
- Strong ability to manage a varied caseload independently in a school environment
- Familiarity with school-based SLP responsibilities, including IEP development, progress monitoring, direct therapy, and collaboration with educators and families
What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to elementary and middle school students, with some caseloads extending to high school as needed
- Conduct evaluations, develop intervention plans, and document progress toward IEP goals
- Consult and communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Manage required documentation and compliance duties independently
- Adapt to various school schedules, with the flexibility to design your workday within standard school hours
