Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with managing self-contained caseloads, including students with a variety of communication needs
- Strong skills in collaboration and communication with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage four self-contained classroom caseloads, serving students with diverse speech and language needs
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and implement targeted therapy interventions
- Work closely with families, educators, and related service providers to deliver comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and regulatory standards
- Provide support, resources, and training to teachers and staff to facilitate effective carryover of communication strategies
