Key Qualifications:

  • Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license
  • Credentials as SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or strong experience in pediatric/school-based SLP services
  • Experience or interest in working within educational environments
  • Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for students with communication challenges
  • Comfort with balancing a caseload of approximately 30 hours per week
  • Excellent collaboration, documentation, and communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive assessments, individualized therapy, and support for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement IEPs, track progress, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Document sessions and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
  • Consult with teachers and families to integrate therapy strategies into the school day
  • Adapt services for a variety of age groups and needs within your 52-student caseload
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices and new approaches in the field of pediatric SLP
